Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Operations Systems Coordinator to join their client's team in San Marcos. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of systems and technologies within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service, operations and technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Leverage experience with Warehouse Management Systems and ERP to optimize operations.
• Utilize tech-savvy skills to troubleshoot office equipment, including tablets, printers, and scanners.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist a bilingual workforce.
• Apply previous experience within agriculture, warehouse operations, or manufacturing settings.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges efficiently.
• Work independently and make sound judgments in a fast-paced, non-structured environment.
• Train employees patiently and communicate clearly with both office teams and agriculture staff.
• A Business Administration or Computer Science degree is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: AA degree.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Strong background in technical troubleshooting and systems management.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 1st shift.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive pay range from $30 to $35 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
